Our Prenatal Yoga Classes with Mimi Mears start on Monday, January 6th at 10am. Prepare your body and mind for labor, delivery, and motherhood with this specialized yoga class tailored to pregnant women's needs. Soothe common physical and emotional discomforts. Learn tools to relax at will, explore breathing techniques and movements that you can use in labor. Build community with other moms-to-be. We recommend you attend 2+ classes a week from the beginning of your second trimester through the rest of your pregnancy for best benefits. Invest in your and your baby's wellness at one of the most important times in your life.

Frisco Yoga & Nutrition is partnering with Purple Lotus Yoga to bring you the BEST certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. We are excited to share our passion for yoga with you and help you dive deeper into your practice, find your yoga voice, and train the most amazing yoga instructors. We are starting February 18th. Classes will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:30am to 4:30pm.
$500 Deposit to save your spot with $2000 due on February 18th. We do have payment plans of $500 every 2 weeks.

We'll provide you some important tips on how to eat, what to eat and when to eat to lose body fat and reduce overall weight the healthy way!
Divine Journey is a multi-style program teaching different formats of vinyasa, Hatha, yin, restorative. Either you want to experience a life transformation, or to be a professional and certified yoga instructor, we'll guide you in your path. Each week Saturday and Sunday 9:30 PM - 6:30 PM for 10 weeks, we'll provide you training. Contact us for teacher training information!
