Our FatBurn Yoga™ System is based off a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) concept where the class is set up in interval cardio training sections. We increase the heart rate to a high level, then control it at a lower level with weight training. This is done in sections throughout the class continually alternating cardio and weights to fatigue the muscles, and work the heart. This creates a high after burn effect which burns more calories and tones the muscles. This is truly a fat burning yoga workout. Our system is creatively sequenced with yoga poses that flow to the music and are choreographed for a smooth transition. Each class session begins and ends with yoga stretches and the workout is centered on yoga principles.
