FYN’s studio is designed with a personal touch that allows for small intimate class sizes. Our goal is to provide expert training to help you get the most out of your yoga experience. All of our instructors have 200 plus certified training hours.

We offer all levels of Classes from beginner to advanced, and all types from Traditional Yoga to Fitness Yoga or schedule a Private Yoga Class specifically designed for you. 

Our fitness style FatBurn Yoga™ studio offers a unique blend of traditional yoga with cross training that utilizes weights for maximum results.

Our Fitness Fat Burning Yoga studio blends two different heating elements, Infrared Light & Steam, for our intermediate classes to give our clients the benefits of:

• Improve elasticity of your skin 

FYN's special nutrition software will help you meet your ultimate goal. You will meet with a nutrition specialist to create a personalized plan.  Then meet weekly to track results and make any necessary changes. We help you with cravings, stress, struggles and work with you to break any bad habits to reach your weight loss or nutritional goals in a timely manner.

Sally Scott

Sally Scott is a 200 CRYT with Yoga Alliance and is the first trained FatBurn Yoga™  Instructor under Nikki LaBarbera.   Sally has worked with Nikki for the last year perfecting her FatBurn Yoga™ class as well as implementing Nikki’s fat burning nutrition program.

She became one of FYN’s success stories herself reaching her own personal goals.  She was so inspired by the fitness and nutrition program that she wanted to be a part of our FYN team. Sally is the main instructor for our FatBurn Yoga™ Beginner Program at FYN and has become one of our Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialists™. 

Sally is a busy mom of two teenagers and wife of 24 years.  She understands daily demands and how hard it can be to put yourself first. She is passionate about promoting a healthy (well-rounded) and active lifestyle. She enjoys sharing her love of yoga, fitness and well being with her students one on one or in a group setting. Sally hopes her students go away feeling stronger, leaner, happier and healthier. She is excited and privileged to be a part of the FYN family.

Adonia Grant

I am excited to be a new member of FYN’s Nutrition Team.  We serve the Frisco and surrounding areas providing clients with customized nutrition programs to meet their unique bodies and goals.  

I want to educate others on the importance of choosing the right foods for their specific body type. By doing so, I can coach them and help them to meet their fitness and nutritional goals through our customized meal plans.  I can’t wait to help others feel good about their bodies and help them lead healthier and happier lives!  

I am a mother of 2 beautiful daughters and want to lead by example and teach them to be beautiful on the inside and out.

I have always had a passion for health and fitness. I played several sports growing up and knew early on that I wanted to get a job in the fitness industry. I received my Bachelors of Science in Sport Business with a minor in Fitness Leadership. I continued on taking classes towards a Sport Management and Marketing Masters degree. 

Over the years, I have continued to workout and train for marathons, triathlons, hiking the Grand Canyon from rim to rim, 500 mile bike race, etc… I eventually became a personal trainer to help others reach their fitness goals . As we all have learned, leading a healthy lifestyle and maintaining your weight is not done by exercise alone. 

I have come to believe that “nutrition” is the key to help transform your body. You can workout two hours a day, seven days a week, but if you are not putting the right foods in your body, then it doesn’t matter how many hours you spend in the gym. You will not see results or reach your weight loss goals if you are not fueling it with a clean diet. 

Now I use my certified nutrition program and my years of fitness trials and successes to help others reach their personalized goals.  

The new you is just around the corner.  I can’t wait to CUSTOMIZE your PROGRAM and start to see real results today.

Linda Kutzke
CFNS (Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist™ )

Linda is excited to join the team at FYN as a Certified Fitness & Nutrition Specialist.  She brings with her 15 years of expertise in the health & fitness industry as a Certified Fitness Trainer and as a Specialist in Exercise Therapy.  She is well versed in all areas of body enhancement and has worked with many fit individuals as well as those with enormous challenges.   She has learned through her own experience that going through difficulties doesn’t have to be an excuse.  

She has a deep sensitivity toward our youth.  Whether dealing with childhood obesity or the competitive athlete, she has helped to mentor and develop youth performance programs as well.  Raising her own 2 daughters as competitive gymnasts, she saw early on the impact that proper training and nutrition had on their successes.    

Linda aspires to show others how they can develop a positive relationship with their bodies, exercise, and food. Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to take over our life. Eating healthy doesn’t mean food deprivation and fearing food. Getting physically fit doesn’t mean beating your body up 6 days a week. With a customized approach to both she will simplify what is personally best.  Her goal is to inspire others to embrace healthy eating and exercise as away of life.
